Fiona Black

APA Titled Sports and Exercise
Senior Physiotherapist
Pilates Instructor
Clinic owner

Fiona is an APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist and started working in the clinic in 2005 and became the owner of the business in 2013. Fiona has been lucky to be involved in several professional and elite sporting teams in Adelaide and has a special interest in sporting injuries. She has worked in private practice as well as hospital settings, holding vast knowledge and experience across the broad specialties of physiotherapy. Clinically her interests involve working with every patient from athletes through to expectant mums, children, and everyone in between. As an old scholar of Pembroke Schools, she is an ongoing member of the community and provides on-campus treatments, as well as game-day support for their first 18 football team. Personally, she has a wicked sense of humour, is often found walking her dog Milo, or being a super-mum to her two boys.

Ashlyn Johnson

Senior Physiotherapist (APAM)
Pilates Instructor

Ashlyn has a passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy which was shaped by competing at an elite level in multiple sports, and is ongoing as a supporting professional for amateur and pro-level sporting teams. ‘Not only into sports’ Ashlyn's focus is to enable all people to lead active and happy lives such as working in a physical job or pottering in the garden. Ashlyn has a special interest in treating the jaw and neck but welcomes any injury or challenge. She holds a PhD in geology, bringing this love of research to her change in career, with an enthusiastic drive to find the latest evidence for best practice treatment. A self-confessed dork, she enjoys painting, gardening, open water swimming, and walking her Irish Wolfhound.

Lili Stevens

Physiotherapist (APAM)
Pilates Instructor

Lili recently graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from UniSA in 2024 and brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to her role. Lili has a particular passion for sports injuries and performance, women's health, and headache management. Her primary goal is to support each patient in achieving their personal health goals and continuing to do what they love. With her experience playing field hockey representing South Australia, Lili has a deep understanding of the physical and mental impact of sport-related injuries and performance. She has also gained further experience as a sports trainer for SMOSH Football Club, Adelaide University Hockey Club, Sturt Baseball Club, and the Western Australia men’s softball team. When she's not helping patients, Lili enjoys staying active herself—whether it's walking, running, or hitting the gym—and she’s a big fan of the beach and a good cup of coffee!

Through her degree she has also qualified as a sports trainer. Currently she is volunteering with the Sturt football women’s team where she has been working for the last three seasons. In her spare time Jacquie swims with the UniSA team and plays tennis. She also bakes often, and her co-workers love it!!
